The weird dip is his unique way to perform the form. You need totally control of your breath and balance plus lots of exercise to achieve something like that!
this is very diferent from the 24 step that i learnt. very embelished, can i ask - what is with the weird dip thing. its very impressive but what is it and whats its purpose?
